Five years after emerging onto the scene, Nutrafol was undergoing a brand refresh and seeking an updated e-commerce experience that would showcase their new look while disrupting the growing hair supplement industry. Along with the website, we also worked with the team to build a custom hair assessment tool based off of Nutrafol’s researchers and scientists that would build trust and confidence for users while helping to increase sales. In the end, we achieved a look and feel for the brand that felt confident, candid and celebratory of our user’s hair journey.
